  • Affirming therapy is a therapeutic approach that validates and supports a client's identity, including their sexual orientation, gender identity, race, culture, and other aspects of who they are. Unlike traditional therapy models that may pathologize or attempt to change marginalized identities, affirming therapy creates a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment or pressure to conform to societal expectations.

    As well as, manage appointment (both schedule and cancel (up to 24 hours in advance)) as well as send a direct, secure, chat message to your clinician!

  • Harry Dixon, MA, LMHC, LPCC, LPC, CST is our only in network clinician. He is in network with Cigna.

    All of our other clinicians are Out of Network.

  • Yes, we issue clients a Statement for Insurance Reimbursement (AKA Superbills) automatically around the first of each and every month.

  • Did you know that most insurance plans have an Out of Network benefit where you may be able to get reimbursement for sessions? Contact the customer service number on the back of your insurance card to learn about how to submit Superbills.

  • Invoices are sent out automatically regardless if you are an insurance or private pay client. If you are an insurance client, please notice the section that says “Client Responsibility” as this will reflect what you owe such as copays, coinsurances, or cost of services after a claim has been processed. If you have any questions regarding your cost shares, please contact your insurer directly.
